General Terms and Conditions Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear

We always recommend that you read these terms and conditions before using the Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear webshop. By using our webshop and placing orders on the webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements, as well as all products and services supplied by Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear. All prices are indicated in Euros (€) including sales tax (VAT) and any other discounts. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear is not liable for damage to an item after it has been purchased. Of course you can always contact us to find a solution for any complaints.

Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions only apply if they have been laid down in writing by Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear. These deviations only apply to the relevant part on which they are based.



The customer is bound by the agreement in all cases, even if it has been concluded verbally or by e-mail. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear has the right to refuse orders or assignments without valid reason.


Amendments to the Agreement

If it appears that the order is changed or supplemented, the time of completion of the execution may be affected. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. If the change or addition to the order leads to financial consequences, Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear will inform the customer in advance.


Reflection period

After the customer has received the article ordered by him / her, the customer has the right to dissolve the agreement (order) with Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the article. The customer does not have to give a reason for this. If the customer wants to dissolve the agreement (order), he / she must notify Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear in writing via e-mail. After consultation with Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear, the customer must return the product to the established return address. The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear has the right to refuse returned products or to refund only part of the paid amount, if it is suspected that the product has been used by the customer. Returns should only be sent to the return address below.

If a product is returned that according to Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear has suffered damage that can be attributed to an action of the customer, Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear will notify the customer by e-mail. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear has the right to withhold all or part of the amount as compensation for the depreciation of the product due to damage.



Delivery is only made after the amount of the order has been paid.


Shipping & Returns

We use the services of Send My parcel to ship our articles. The packages are sent via one of the partners: PostNL, DPD or B-post. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear can deviate from this unilaterally without having to communicate valid funds to the customer.

We ship our packages with a track & trace number as standard to avoid confusion about the status / delivery of the packages.

If the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered to the delivery address or to the neighbors, the order has been processed for us. We are no longer liable for the delivery after this. If the relationship with the neighbors is not in such a good order that no packages can be delivered, we assume that the customer has arranged this himself with the postal deliverers in his region.


Property rights

All information posted by Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear on the webshop is the property of Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear and may not be copied, downloaded or used in any other way. All items for sale in the webshop are personal and not for commercial use. All logos, designs, graphics, photos, icons, texts, images and data in the webshop are the property of Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear.


Complaint term

Complaints about the products received must be reported by the customer to Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear by e-mail within seven (7) days after the discovery. Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear will then process the complaint as soon as possible.

All disputes between the parties regarding agreements that are subject to these general terms and conditions are exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the seller, in particular Equestrian Hijabi Sportswear, is located.
